1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the services of Riel Travels and Tours Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website, apply for our packages, or register for our courses.

2. Description of Services

Riel Travels and Tours Limited provides professional immigration support, visa assessment, study/work/visit visa packaging, and permanent residency consulting. We also offer prep coaching and registration services for international exams (IELTS Academic, IELTS General, IELTS UKVI, and Duolingo) and proof of funds assistance.

3. Consultation Bookings and Payments

Consultations with our legal and travel experts require an upfront booking fee of ₦20,000. Bookings can be confirmed using:

• Online Payment: Instant confirmation via secure online card/bank processing.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Transfer to our official Access Bank account and upload a clear receipt image for manual admin verification.

Note: Consultation booking fees are non-refundable as they secure dedicated time slots with our consulting team.

4. Pay After Visa Package Terms

Our Pay After Visa package allows candidates to apply for selected destinations with zero upfront processing fees. You only pay the defined service charge after your visa is approved by the embassy. Enrollment is conditional on profile evaluation and submission of all required legal and academic files.

5. Client Obligations & Document Accuracy

Clients are solely responsible for providing true, accurate, and valid documents (including international passports, passport photographs, academic transcripts, resumes, and bank statements). Submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent credentials will result in instant cancellation of your service contract without refund and report to appropriate immigration authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riel Travels and Tours Limited, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your travel delays, embassy decisions, academic admission rejections, or exam failures.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
